How do I start my property search with SkyLark?

Do you verify property titles before showing them?
Yes. Every property we shortlist is title-verified and personally inspected by our team before you see it. We check ownership documents, encumbrances and society or authority records ourselves.
What does SkyLark charge buyers?
Our commission follows standard Lahore market practice and is agreed in writing before we begin — no hidden charges and no surprises at transfer.
How long does a purchase usually take?
For ready properties, typically two to six weeks from accepted offer to transfer. Off-plan bookings such as Sky Lark Tower complete in days — 15% booking plus documentation.
Payments & plans
How do instalment plans work?
Most SkyLark Developers projects follow the same structure: 15% at booking, 15% at confirmation, 20% across 24 monthly instalments, 40% across 4 bi-annual instalments, and 10% at possession. Pick any unit on the Sky Lark Tower page to see its exact schedule.
Which documents do I need to book a unit?
Your CNIC (or NICOP for overseas Pakistanis), passport-size photographs, and the booking payment. We prepare the booking form and payment schedule for you.
Can I pay lump-sum instead of instalments?
Yes. Lump-sum buyers can usually negotiate preferential terms — ask us for current lump-sum pricing on the unit you want.
Is my booking amount refundable?
Cancellation and transfer terms are set out in the booking form. We walk you through every clause before you sign — nothing is buried in fine print.
Overseas buyers
Can I buy property in Lahore from abroad?
Yes. We manage the entire transaction remotely: live video walkthroughs, document handling, power-of-attorney guidance and transfer, end to end.
What ID do I need as an overseas Pakistani?
A valid NICOP or POC. We confirm the exact document list for your specific purchase before any payment is made.
How do I send payment from overseas?
Through normal banking channels — most of our overseas clients use Roshan Digital Accounts. We provide invoices and receipts for every payment.

Plot 7-E, on the main boulevard of Etihad Town Phase 1, Raiwind Road, Lahore — one minute from Raiwind Road and about eight minutes from the Ring Road interchange. Our own head office is in the building.
When is possession?
September 2027. The tower is under construction and booking is open.
