We are a property brokerage, not a data business. This page sets out exactly what this website collects, what happens when you send us an enquiry, who else can see your information, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
This website is operated by SkyLark Marketing (Pvt) Ltd, a real-estate brokerage and developer registered in Pakistan, with its head office at Sky Lark Tower, 7-E, Etihad Town Phase 1, Raiwind Road, Lahore, Punjab.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "SkyLark" mean SkyLark Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. "You" means anyone visiting skylark-marketing.com or contacting us through it.
We are responsible for the personal information described below. If you want it corrected or deleted, the fastest route is the contact details in the last section.
What we collect
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart, and no database of visitors. There are only three ways information reaches us:

We do not collect CNIC or NICOP numbers, passport details, bank details or payment information through this website. Those are only ever exchanged directly with our team as part of a booking, in person or through channels we agree with you — never through a web form on this site.
Enquiries and WhatsApp
Important, and unusual enough to spell out: the enquiry forms on this website do not send anything to our servers. When you press submit, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you typed already written into a message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Two consequences follow from that:
- Until you send that WhatsApp message, we have not received your details and no copy exists anywhere but your own device.
- Once you do send it, the message travels through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. It is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call or email us instead — see contact us.
Whichever route you choose, we use what you send only to respond to your enquiry, to shortlist properties for you, and to follow up about them. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with other agents or developers except where it is necessary to progress a property you have specifically asked about.
Who else sees your information
A short list, and it stays short:
- Meta (WhatsApp) — carries your enquiry message if you contact us that way, and operates the Meta Pixel when our advertising is running.
- Google — provides the analytics and tag tools described above, and serves the fonts our pages use.
- Our hosting provider — the server that stores and serves these pages, and writes the access logs.
- SkyLark Developers and project partners — only where you have asked about a specific project and your details must be passed on to reserve or process a unit. We tell you when this applies.
- Legal and regulatory bodies — where we are required by Pakistani law to disclose information.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
How long we keep it
Enquiry conversations are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, because property searches restart and buyers come back. Records connected to a completed transaction are kept for as long as Pakistani tax and company law requires.
Server logs are rotated and overwritten on a rolling basis. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.
If you ask us to delete your details and we are not legally required to keep them, we will.
Your rights
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, we will honour the following on request:
- See what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your details, where we are not legally obliged to keep them.
- Stop contacting you — tell us once, on any channel, and we stop.
Ask us using the details in contact us. We aim to respond within a few working days, and we may ask a question or two to confirm who you are before acting on a request.
Overseas visitors
We work with a large number of overseas Pakistani buyers, particularly in the United Kingdom, the Gulf and Europe. If you contact us from outside Pakistan, your information will be handled in Pakistan, where our team and our servers are.
Data protection law in Pakistan differs from the law where you live. Where you are covered by the UK GDPR or EU GDPR, we will still honour the rights listed above — access, correction, deletion and objection — and we rely on your explicit request for contact as the basis for replying to you.
Security
This site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you read and type on it cannot be intercepted in transit. Access to our servers and to the devices holding client conversations is restricted to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we hold as little of your information as possible, in as few places as possible — the single most effective protection available to a firm of our size.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when what we do changes — for example if we add a new analytics tool, or begin processing enquiries through a system of our own rather than WhatsApp. The date in the sidebar always shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
