What you should know first.
SkyLark Marketing is a Lahore real-estate brokerage, working here since 2012. Sky Lark Tower at Etihad Town Phase 1 is the project we are currently selling, and it is the one we know inside out — we built it, we work from it, and our own office is in it. Anything we put in front of you is title-verified against ownership documents, encumbrances and society records first.
Booking works on a standard instalment structure: 15% at booking, 15% at confirmation, 20% across 24 monthly instalments, 40% across 4 bi-annual instalments, and 10% at possession. Overseas Pakistanis can complete the entire purchase remotely with NICOP, video walkthroughs and power-of-attorney guidance. If you are after resale or rental property elsewhere in Lahore, ask — we broker those too, we just do not list them here.
How many projects does SkyLark Marketing have?
One. Sky Lark Tower at 7-E, Etihad Town Phase 1 is our only active project. It is under construction, booking is open, and possession is September 2027.
Can you help me buy something other than Sky Lark Tower?
Yes. We have brokered property in Lahore since 2012 and can source resale and rental property on request. Tell us the area, budget and timeline on WhatsApp — and if we are not the right people for it, we will say so.
Do prices include taxes and transfer costs?
No. Quoted prices are unit prices. Government taxes, stamp duty and transfer costs are additional and vary with unit type and buyer status. We prepare a full written cost sheet before you pay any booking amount.
Can SkyLark sell or lease my property?
Yes. We take on a limited number of seller and landlord mandates each quarter so every property gets real attention. Contact us with the property details to start.
